TELUS Health Care Centres are leading a national health care network launching a brand-new in-clinic Women’s Health-Menopause program — and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to help us build it from the ground up while delivering direct patient care. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical practice with the excitement of shaping a new service that will redefine menopause care in Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person and virtual comprehensive consultations to patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
  • Create personalized treatment plans that combine hormone therapy with evidence-based lifestyle interventions
  • Deliver hands-on patient care, managing medications, monitoring outcomes, and supporting patients across their journey
  • Collaborate with other providers and contribute to integrated care pathways
  • Contribute to program development alongside clinical leadership and participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to refine the program
  • Promote preventive health strategies, including but not limited to bone health, mental wellness, and sexual health optimization

What You Bring

  • Passion for direct patient care combined with interest in building and improving programs
  • Current in good-standing Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario, and the willingness/ability to obtain licensure in BC and AB
  • Certification in menopause care (Menopause Society Certified )
  • 2+ years of specialized menopause care experience
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, prescribing, and managing hormone therapy
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to advancing women’s health through both care delivery and innovation
